About Our Bakery

Morgan started baking as a hobby and quickly grew to love the challenge and the exact science. While finishing her PhD in astrophysics, she mainly focused on cakes and breads.

It was only when staying home while pregnant with her first baby that she discovered a love of macarons. Making and eating them!
